Record and manage debts you owe and debts owed to you
Track borrowers and their contact information
Monitor payment history and due dates
Generate reports and analytics
Receive reminders for upcoming and overdue payments

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

The free plan allows you to track up to 3 borrowers with basic features. No payment is required.

Premium Monthly Plan

The Premium plan costs $4.99 per month and provides unlimited borrowers, advanced analytics, PDF exports, and priority support. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $19.99 for permanent access to all premium features.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
Your data will remain accessible on the free plan
Refunds are not provided for partial months
Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 7 days

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malicious code or content
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your debt records, borrower information, or any other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Zakat Calculator is a tracking tool and does not constitute financial or legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zakat Calculator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, though you may request a copy of your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
