Atif Aslam is a Pakistani pop singer and a film actor. Atif Aslam the singing sensation and heartthrob of many had different plans for his life before he ended up as a singer. Atif Aslam was born as Muhammad Atif Aslam on 12 March 1983 in Wazirabad, Pakistan. Atif Aslam was born to Muhammad Aslam and Rehana Shaheen. He has three brothers Shahzad Aslam, Shahbaz Aslam and Shehraz Aslam. He also has a sister named Romana Aslam. he completed Bachelors in Computer Science at Punjab Institute of Computer Science. During his college days, he has represented his college cricket team for several competitions. singing was the last thing on his mind which he thought he would do, but life took a new direction and took him towards singing.
He formed a band called Jal along with his friends and sang Aaadat which became an instant hit and was aired on different channels like City FM 89, FM 100, Mast FM 103, FM 105, etc. Even the video of the song was a swashbuckling chartbuster. The song gave Atif Aslam the much-needed platform to start with a bang.
Atif Aslam had to leave Jal, the ban due to personal differences. He started giving various live performances in Karachi and other cities of Pakistan with his major concert being Al Hamra Hall, Mall Road, Lahore. His first international concert was in the USA and Canada.
